Conference > ASFEE Prize

Two Young Researcher ASFEE 2024 Prizes will be attributed for best experimental designs (work in progress, experiments not yet run) presented during a PhD poster session. The requirements are as follows:

  • the candidate must be a PhD student
  • no nationality restrictions apply
  • no age conditions for co-authors

The experiment must not be run prior to the poster presentation (the prize aims at explicitly rewarding a project rather than a finished study). The laureates commit to submit a report containing the experimental procedures and results within 18 months following the conference.

Posters must presented during the 2024 ASFEE Conference in Grenoble, respecting the ASFEE poster format (A1 portrait). The authors will be asked to advertise their poster in a brief presentation (1 minute, 3 slides) during a "teaser session".

All posters submitted to the ASFEE and that comply with the requirements above will be automatically included in the competition.

Winners will be chosen by ballot by conference participants.

The two winners will be publicly awarded in a plenary at the end of the conference.

Each prize consists of 1500 euros.
